I bring over 26 years of service in the Singapore Armed Forces, where I rose to the rank of Master Warrant Officer and served as both Battalion and Brigade Regimental Sergeant Major. Those years taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and purpose, principles I carry with me every day at AP.
Leading this company allows me to continue serving others, this time by helping clients protect what matters most to them. To me, security is about care, reliability, and earning trust through consistent action. With a Diploma in Security Management and the PWM rank of Chief Security Officer, I remain committed to building a safer and more caring environment for our clients, our officers, and the communities we serve.

My experience spans both local and international security operations, including work with government organisations, and national events. My motto, “Swift & Decisive,” reflects my approach to every challenge: act with purpose, lead by example, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

I bring over 30 years of security and leadership experience across Singapore’s public and private sectors. I previously served with the Singapore Police Force, rising to Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Police, before becoming General Manager (Group Security) at Seatrium Limited.
I hold a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and certifications as a Chief Security Officer and Port Facility Security Officer, with expertise in security operations, compliance, investigations and crisis management.
